Heathenfest was a blast. Despite being one of the smaller, it was one of the better shows I've been to this year. Immense amount of more energy and devotion. The vocalist of Alestorm is hilarious.

...And everyone beat the snot out of each other during Belphegor. I'm not even joking. But what's funny is I somehow ended up with about four big ol guys around me. They must travel in packs, I swear. A stray from the pit caught me off guard though and slammed into me. Normally that's not a problem (I actually like catching them and throwing them back in), except it sent me tripping over an instrument case that was sitting on the floor beside me, making me fall and smack my head against the wall. So now I have a goose-egg on the back of my head. XD Remembered to tuck though, so it wasn't that bad.

Then they were filming during Eluveitie's set. Let's see if I show up in any of the future footage, because the cameraman took direct video of me twice. If so, I'm the one grinning and waving like a dork-because I hate cameras and didn't know what else to do. If anything I can blame it on the head injury, ¿Qué no?

Lots of awesome stuff though. Got to hear Omnos and Inis Mona live.
